Job Description

To oversee operations.

Support the manager in reviewing contractor performance.

Report any shortcomings and propose improvement measures.

Perform and execute any other duties as assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience in mall operations, facility management and property management (preferably with short-term rental properties).

Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.

Quick-witted with problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

Familiarity of property management software and reporting tools

Knowledge on HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing and PPG systems.

Knowledgeable on the Strata Management Act, any applicable laws in Malaysia and MPI House.
