<li>To analyze trends, perform market research, evaluating environmental surveys</li>
<li>Identify strategic locations for outlet expansion in line with the company sales growth target.</li>
<li>Take responsibility for all the leasing activities including (New, Renewal, Termination) across Malaysia.</li>
<li>Responsible to oversee ongoing and upcoming project, and tracking progress and contribute to accomplishing company goals.</li>
<li>Site inspection, closely monitor the ongoing site progress, ensure follow-up through execution to the opening of the store.</li>
<li>Work closely with Design &amp; Build team, assist to negotiate all the issues/ matters during renovation with landlord, developer, and landowner as a company key representative.</li>
<li>Work closely with Tenancy Admin &amp; General Affairs department, administer on the utility’s application / business license application.</li>
<li>Administer the tenancy documents, payments, and related documents, to ensure a proper handover.</li>
</ol>
