Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  1. To analyze trends, perform market research, evaluating environmental surveys
  2. Identify strategic locations for outlet expansion in line with the company sales growth target.
  3. Take responsibility for all the leasing activities including (New, Renewal, Termination) across Malaysia.
  4. Responsible to oversee ongoing and upcoming project, and tracking progress and contribute to accomplishing company goals.
  5. Site inspection, closely monitor the ongoing site progress, ensure follow-up through execution to the opening of the store.
  6. Work closely with Design & Build team, assist to negotiate all the issues/ matters during renovation with landlord, developer, and landowner as a company key representative.
  7. Work closely with Tenancy Admin & General Affairs department, administer on the utility’s application / business license application.
  8. Administer the tenancy documents, payments, and related documents, to ensure a proper handover.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma in Property Management/ Real Estate/ Sales & Marketing or any related field.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experiences with relevant qualification.
  • Experience in a related field, such as retail chains from F&B, FMGC preferred.
  • Experience in mall leasing field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with computer especially Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • With good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
