Our Mission

<li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and lead profiling to support strategic business decisions. </li><li>Collaborate with architects and designers to develop high-quality computer-generated images (CGIs) for project marketing. </li><li>Coordinate with creative agencies to develop advertising and promotional (A&amp;P) materials for projects and products. </li><li>Assist in the development and management of project websites and social media platforms to enhance online presence. </li><li>Plan, organize, and execute sales and marketing events such as sales launches, promotional campaigns, roadshows, and exhibitions to drive sales performance. </li><li>Oversee the preparation and execution of marketing collaterals , project videos, scale models, and digital marketing materials. </li><li>Develop and present monthly marketing plans and weekly sales, and marketing updates for internal meetings. </li><li>Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, suppliers, solicitors, bankers, and authorities, to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. </li><li>Manage the application and renewal process for Developer’s License (DL) and Advertisement &amp; Sale Permit (AP), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIMS. </li><li>Analyze market data and sales performance to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing and sales strategies. </li><li>Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards set by the company. </li><li>Coordinate interdepartmental and external workflows to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives. </li><li>Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.</li>
