Job Description

•  To have good product knowledge of motorcycles to advise customers efficiently and professionally
• Be active on social media, encouraged to create weekly marketing content and daily live to generate leads 
• To maintain a clean and organized showroom, display stocks and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers. 
• Upsell helmets, accessories and apparels where possible. 
• Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship, follow-up on post-delivery by greetings and events, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business. 
• To stay informed about industry trends, new product releases and others news in the motorcycle market.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma in any field
• Communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office and any related software
• Preferably one (1) years of retail sales experience and above in related field
• Required Skill(s): Good Marketing skills, Storyteller, Team Player, Results Orientated, Motivated, Proactive, Accountable.
• Passionate in growing a career in the motorcycle industry – Winners never quit ! 
• Fresh Graduates to more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
