• Building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B clients including workshops, dealerships, logistics providers, and fleet managers.
• Actively identifying new business opportunities in your region through field visits, inbound leads, and referrals.
• Working both on the road and in the office to manage your accounts, follow up on leads, and close deals.
• Advising clients on tyre solutions based on their industry needs — performance, commercial, or economy.
• Collaborating with our internal team to ensure fast, efficient service and long-term customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Someone with 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, transport, or wholesale industries. B2B experience is a plus.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
• A self-motivated team player who thrives on hitting targets but values collaboration over competition.
• An organized, energetic professional who’s ready to learn the business, take initiative, and grow with us.
• A car enthusiast or someone with a strong interest in automotive — knowledge of tyres is a bonus, but training is provided.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay.
• Must have own transport and valid driving license.
