<p>Beryl's History</p>
<p>Beryl’s Chocolate and Confectionery Sdn Bhd was created with one single aim – excellence. Since the company was established in 1995, our focus has been on producing the very best chocolates for both the local and global markets.</p>
<p>Our first factory was set up in 1995 in the small town of Desa Serdang located at the southern zone of Kuala Lumpur. From humble beginnings, our company started off by manufacturing consumer pack chocolates that were sold mainly to duty free shops and supermarkets across the country. From there, we took the first steps to establishing Beryl’s as a major regional chocolatier.</p>
<p>Shortly after that in 1998, we relocated and built our new factory in the Seri Kembangan Industrial Area where we increased our production lines to provide an even more diverse range of chocolate products to fulfil our promise for high quality and delicious chocolates to our customers.&nbsp;</p>

<div>We are looking for a reliable and committed Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall inbound and outbound activities. Also responsible in overall logistics efficiency improvement activities and reducing transportation cost in totality. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Responsible for the establishment of logistics operating and activities procedures to ensure the timely and accurate delivery, high accuracy of inventory and high productivity/efficiency workforces in the safest and effective way.</li><li>Resolve any arising problems or complaints pertaining to logistics matter.</li><li>Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.</li><li>Inventory control, stock tagging and tracking and ensure all the stocks are key into our internal system in a proper manner.</li><li>Follow up and control the stock arrangement with warehouse.</li><li>To liaise with forwarding agents and all government bodies on export/import permit application.</li><li>To perform customs clearance for import and export shipment.</li><li>To coordinate and present logistics support to ongoing land, air and sea operations.</li><li>To ensure accountable, timely and cost-effective release of peacekeeping cargo's along with personnel.</li><li>Responsible for receiving and preparing orders, arrange logistic for delivery service.</li><li>To maintain continuity of supply, preventing interruption of the flow of material and service to users.</li><li>Interface with factory personnel, purchasing personnel, sales personnel and related parties on material status, production plan issues, delivery schedule and etc.</li><li>Identify and address material shortages, machine malfunctions and other factory problems.</li><li>Review production output performance against plan at regular interval, and determine recovery plan if necessary.</li><li>Follow up and control the stock arrangement with warehouse.</li><li>Supervise, coach and train logistics workforce.</li></ul>
