A Online Sales Executive is responsible for developing growth in the company through increased
sales and customer acquisition.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the products offered to address customer inquiries and objections.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Effectively handle objections and work towards converting leads into satisfied customers.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and reduce customer losing.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Handle conflicts and complaints with professionalism and tact</li>
<li>&nbsp;Create a connection with the customer by showing genuine interest in their issue and offering a sympathetic response.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Be flexible and ready to adjust your approach based on the customer's personality and the complexity of their issue.</li>
