Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for numbers and systems? We’re looking for a Contract Associate (Actuarial – System Support) to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate testing for actuarial products within our Product Factory.
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support end-to-end product testing in the Product Factory and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Actuarial Pricing and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve testing defects.</li>
<li>Track and ensure timely completion of all test cases and milestones.</li>
<li>Handle calculation requests from other business users.</li>
<li>Assist with ad-hoc actuarial and system-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>Who You Are</h3>
<ul>
<li>A Degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics, or Actuarial Studies (Honours preferred).</li>
<li>Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving issues.</li>
<li>Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Equipped with strong communication and collaboration skills — both written and verbal.</li>
<li>A team player who enjoys working with both technical and business stakeholders. &nbsp;</li>
