About the Role:
As a Talent Recruiter you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including sourcing top talent, conducting market research, and building strong candidate relationships.
What you'll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Utilizing various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates for upcoming open positions.</li>
<li>Conducting research on industry trends, target companies, and talent pools to identify potential candidates.</li>
<li>Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.</li>
<li>Communicating with potential candidates via email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest and answer questions.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).</li>
</ul>
