ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide personalised book recommendations and product knowledge.
- Guide customers in finding titles and navigating store sections.
- Process sales transactions at the cashier accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing display areas.

Job Requirements
