Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process and finished product.
• Responsible to ensure effective implementation of HACCP, pre-requisite program and quality system.
• To support line troubleshooting and provide feedback to manufacturing department on all quality aspects.
• To update relevant quality SOP, ISO and HACCP documents.
• Liaise with certification body for compliance audit in GMP, HACCP and HALAL System.
• To responsible for product quality sensory evaluation to meet customer expectation.
• Conducting internal audit and plant review to ensure effective GMP.
• Direct, control and motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance.
• Assist in maintaining environmental management program and conducting supplier audit.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology or equivalent.

• Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience in Food Industry.
• Required Experience: Handling HALAL system, conduct internal audit and supplier audit.
• Knowledge in GMP & HACCP. 
• Good in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently.
