Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process and finished product.</li>
<li>Responsible to ensure effective implementation of HACCP, pre-requisite program and quality system.</li>
<li>To support line troubleshooting and provide feedback to manufacturing department on all quality aspects.</li>
<li>To update relevant quality SOP, ISO and HACCP documents.</li>
<li>Liaise with certification body for compliance audit in GMP, HACCP and HALAL System.</li>
<li>To responsible for product quality sensory evaluation to meet customer expectation.</li>
<li>Conducting internal audit and plant review to ensure effective GMP.</li>
<li>Direct, control and motivate all subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining environmental management program and conducting supplier audit.</li>
</ul>
