Job Summary

As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be involved in critical stages of our warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes. This role requires both physical labor and precise data entry to ensure that all operations are executed efficiently, accurately, and timely.

Key Responsibilities

You are working in one or several of the following process steps:

·      Receiving: Unloading goods from incoming vehicles and moving them to assigned storage areas.

·      Put-away: Ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations within the warehouse according to handling instructions and safety standards.

·      Picking: Accurately gathering items from storage areas based on customer orders and preparing them for packing.

·      Packing: Securely packing orders, ensuring items are well-protected, and preparing them for shipping.

·      Shipping: Loading packed items onto delivery trucks and ensuring correct and timely dispatch.

·      Operate a forklift to load and unload racks / containers

·      Data Entry: Accurately recording all transactions into the warehouse management system to ensure data integrity and timely order processing.

·      Quality Control: Regularly inspecting inventory and reporting any discrepancies or damage immediately.

·      Safety Compliance: Adhering to company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

·      Stock Accuracy: Perform stock counting activity

·      Other task as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

·      SPM or further certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.

·      Fresh Graduates are welcome, experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.

·      Forklift operator experience is a plus

·      Physically capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.

·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

·      Proficient in using computers and warehouse management systems.

·      Ability to work in a team and follow instructions meticulously.

·      Good communication skills in English and Malay.
