Job Responsibilities :
<h3>1. Picking Operations</h3>
<ul>
<li>Supervise workers to pick stock accurately according to the pick list. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor physical staging, stock top-up, and merging activities. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Track and manage damaged items and short picks. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate delivery schedules. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor outbound activities to ensure smooth operations. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain housekeeping standards and manage refill schedules. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>2. Dispatch Operations</h3>
<ul>
<li>Complete ARC checklist and follow up on any issues; escalate to Operations Manager when necessary. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle and follow up on store claims. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage extraction and allocation processes. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Confirm mark-out quantities with DC Managers, especially for large volumes. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure load closure is completed with all required documents (ASN, FOC, Cross Dock, Manual Documents, etc.) and hand over to the transporter (Gold Cold). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and monitor load planning. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Respond promptly to store enquiries and provide customer service support. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and submit dispatch logistics reports. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and submit operations reports. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure POD (Proof of Delivery) department functions efficiently and meets operational requirements.</li>
</ul>
