Job Responsibilities :

1. Picking Operations

• Supervise workers to pick stock accurately according to the pick list.
   
• Monitor physical staging, stock top-up, and merging activities.
   
• Track and manage damaged items and short picks.
   
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules.
   
• Monitor outbound activities to ensure smooth operations.
   
• Maintain housekeeping standards and manage refill schedules.
   

2. Dispatch Operations

• Complete ARC checklist and follow up on any issues; escalate to Operations Manager when necessary.
   
• Handle and follow up on store claims.
   
• Manage extraction and allocation processes.
   
• Confirm mark-out quantities with DC Managers, especially for large volumes.
   
• Ensure load closure is completed with all required documents (ASN, FOC, Cross Dock, Manual Documents, etc.) and hand over to the transporter (Gold Cold).
   
• Prepare and monitor load planning.
   
• Respond promptly to store enquiries and provide customer service support.
   
• Prepare and submit dispatch logistics reports.
   
• Prepare and submit operations reports.
   
• Ensure POD (Proof of Delivery) department functions efficiently and meets operational requirements.

Other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations.
• Experience in picking, dispatch, and delivery planning is an added advantage.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch processes.
• Familiar with documentation 
• Knowledge of load planning and allocation processes.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems).

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and stock handling.
• Good communication skills and able to coordinate with DC Managers, transporters, and stores.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive.
• Willing to work 6 days (Monday - Saturday)
