Our Culture

The Junior HR &amp; Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resources and administrative functions of the company. This role assists in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.&nbsp;
A) Human Resources
Recruitment &amp; Onboarding
<ul>
<li>Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.</li>
<li>Assist in simple candidate screening and arrange interviews with hiring managers and candidates.</li>
<li>Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation and workstation readiness.</li>
<li>Ensure all onboarding documents are completed and properly filed.</li>
</ul>
HR Administration
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li>
<li>Monitor employee probation and confirmation timelines.</li>
<li>Maintain leave records and attendance reports.</li>
<li>Ensure employee files remain accurate, organised, and confidential.</li>
</ul>
Employee Engagement
<ul>
<li>Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and company events.</li>
<li>Assist in organising training sessions and staff development programmes.</li>
<li>Support internal communication and employee announcements.</li>
<li>Handle basic employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.</li>

Office Administration
<ul>
<li>Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, stationery, and procurement.</li>
<li>Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with building management and external vendors.</li>
<li>Arrange courier services, mail distribution, and deliveries.</li>

Asset &amp; Facility Management
<ul>
<li>Maintain records of company assets, including laptops, monitors, access cards, and mobile devices.</li>
<li>Coordinate issuance and return of company assets during onboarding and offboarding.</li>
<li>Support office renovation, maintenance, and repair activities when required.</li>
</ul>
General Administrative Support
<ul>
<li>Prepare purchase requisitions and assist with invoice processing.</li>
<li>Coordinate travel bookings and accommodation arrangements.</li>
<li>Perform ad hoc administrative duties assigned by management.</li>
