Our Culture 

<p>The Accounting Executive will handle <strong>day-to-day financial operations</strong>, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, compliance with accounting standards, and support in financial reporting. This role requires <strong>attention to detail, urgency in completing tasks, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities</strong> in a fast-paced startup environment.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>1. Accounts Payable (AP)</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment requests</li>
<li>Verify supporting documents, purchase orders, and approvals before payment</li>
<li>Prepare payment runs (cheques, online banking) according to schedule</li>
<li>Maintain vendor records and reconcile supplier statements</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>2. Accounts Receivable (AR)</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Issue customer invoices promptly and accurately</li>
<li>Monitor collections and follow up on overdue payments</li>
<li>Record receipts and update AR aging reports</li>
<li>Maintain customer account details and payment records</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>3. General Ledger &amp; Reconciliation</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Record and post journal entries into accounting system</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other balance sheet items</li>
<li>Ensure all transactions are coded accurately to the correct accounts</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>4. Month-End &amp; Year-End Closing</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing month-end closing schedules</li>
<li>Prepare supporting documents for audit and tax submissions</li>
<li>Work with Finance Manager to ensure timely submission of reports</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>5. Compliance &amp; Documentation</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of financial documents for easy retrieval</li>
<li>Assist with SST submissions and other regulatory filings</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>6. Administrative &amp; Ad-Hoc Tasks</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Support administrative functions related to finance operations</li>
<li>Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for events/outlets</li>
<li>Handle ad-hoc finance projects as assigned</li>
