Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
• Process invoices, payments, claims, and staff reimbursements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in prepare tax computations and tax submissions (Corporate tax, E-invoice, Withholding tax and etc.).
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
• Handling any ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in handle full set of account
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SQL Accounting software will be added advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
