<li>Assist the sales team in planning and coordinating requirements for team building events, birthday parties, and group bookings.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients to gather event details, preferences, and special requests.</li>
<li>Help prepare event materials such as itineraries, certificates, attendance lists, and activity setups.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Sales Support &amp; Admin</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Follow up with clients on event confirmations, payments, and documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and event briefs.</li>
<li>Maintain event checklists and ensure all client requirements are properly recorded.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>On-Ground Event Assistance</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Support the execution of events (when required): setup, guest registration, coordination, and ensuring smooth flow.</li>
<li>Assist the project lead or sales lead during events (corporate, school, and birthday).</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Internal Coordination</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with operations, creative, and marketing teams to ensure all event requirements are prepared on time.</li>
<li>Update internal records, event calendars, and post-event reports.</li>

<h3><strong>Learning &amp; Exposure</strong></h3>

<li>Gain hands-on experience in event planning, sales support, guest experience, and B2B client servicing.</li>
