The Role

As our Event Executive, you are the engine that keeps our events running. You will be hands-on throughout the entire event lifecycle—from initial brainstorming and vendor negotiations to on-ground execution and post-event reporting. If you love the adrenaline rush of live events, have a meticulous eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced but highly supportive environment, we want you on our team.

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events and medical conferences from pre-event prep to post-event tear down.
• Logistics & Vendor Management: Source and liaise with venues, AV teams, F&B suppliers, and contractors to ensure everything is locked in and within budget.
• Client Servicing: Act as a reliable point of contact for our corporate and medical clients, ensuring their expectations are met and communication is seamless.
• On-Ground Hustle: Supervise event setups, manage delegate registration desks, coordinate speakers, and confidently troubleshoot any live-day hiccups.
• Admin & Documentation: Handle essential paperwork including event timelines, budgets, vendor contracts, and post-mortem reports.

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in event management, project coordination, or marketing. (Ambitious fresh graduates with strong event-related internships are welcome to apply!)
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin proficiency is a strong bonus for liaising with specific local vendors and clients).
• Skills: Incredible organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving under pressure, and proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attitude: A proactive team player who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves. You must be willing to work occasional weekends, odd hours (it’s the event industry, after all!), and travel outstation or overseas for events when required.
