<p>As our Event Executive, you are the engine that keeps our events running. You will be hands-on throughout the entire event lifecycle—from initial brainstorming and vendor negotiations to on-ground execution and post-event reporting. If you love the adrenaline rush of live events, have a meticulous eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced but highly supportive environment, we want you on our team.</p>
<h3><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>End-to-End Coordination:</strong> Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events and medical conferences from pre-event prep to post-event tear down.</li>
<li><strong>Logistics &amp; Vendor Management:</strong> Source and liaise with venues, AV teams, F&amp;B suppliers, and contractors to ensure everything is locked in and within budget.</li>
<li><strong>Client Servicing:</strong> Act as a reliable point of contact for our corporate and medical clients, ensuring their expectations are met and communication is seamless.</li>
<li><strong>On-Ground Hustle:</strong> Supervise event setups, manage delegate registration desks, coordinate speakers, and confidently troubleshoot any live-day hiccups.</li>
<li><strong>Admin &amp; Documentation:</strong> Handle essential paperwork including event timelines, budgets, vendor contracts, and post-mortem reports.</li>
</ul>
