<li>Provide accurate information on games, packages, pricing, promotions, and outlet details.</li>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and feedback.</li>
<li>Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and general support.</li>

<h3>Sales Conversion</h3>
<ul>
<li>Qualify enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings.</li>
<li>Upsell relevant add-ons such as food &amp; beverage, merchandise, photos, or upgraded packages when appropriate.</li>
<li>Track enquiry status and follow up with potential customers to close bookings.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Outlet &amp; Event Coordination</h3>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with outlet operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings, events, and special requests.</li>
<li>Coordinate customer requirements for birthdays, group bookings, school visits, and team-building sessions.</li>
<li>Ensure all booking details are clearly communicated to operations and event teams.</li>

<h3>CRM, Reporting &amp; Administration</h3>

<li>Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer data.</li>
<li>Update internal systems, spreadsheets, or CRM tools with enquiry and booking status.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing simple sales and enquiry reports when required.</li>
