<li>Product Listings: Assist in creating and updating product listings on e-commerce platform. This includes adding products descriptions, images, prices and ensuring accurate categorization.</li>
<li>Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with shipping carriers and the fulfilment team to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. Track shipments and update customers on the status of their orders.</li>
<li>Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as managing spreadsheets, organizing documents and supporting team meetings.</li>
<li>Project Support: Assist in special projects related to e-commerce if any, such as launching new product lines, improving website functionality or expanding into new markets.</li>
<li>Supporting ad hoc tasks, supporting various teams and addressing urgent issues to enhance overall e-commerce success.</li>
</ul>
