<p><strong>Earn Basic + Commission + Incentive = total from RM3K-RM5+K depending on sales achievement!</strong></p>

<li>Master product knowledge and selling techniques to understand customer needs and achieve sales targets;</li>
<li>Handle daily store duties and assist the Store Manager in achieving operational goals;</li>
<li>Responsible for product replenishment, display arrangement, and store cleanliness;</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service with a proactive, warm, and professional attitude, maintaining brand image;</li>
<li>Support customer membership acquisition and retention, assist with new staff training and visual maintenance;</li>
<li>Able to work on rotating shifts (morning/evening) and cooperate with store scheduling;</li>
</ul>
