<li>&nbsp;Lead daily café operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service quality across all shifts. • Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and on-ground problem-solving when needed. • Oversee beverage and food preparation to maintain KÖSA’s recipe, quality, and presentation standards. • Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, ensuring all work areas, equipment, and customer spaces are well-maintained. • Manage inventory levels, stock arrangement, and daily stock counts, reporting shortages or wastage. • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. • Assist in staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance management. • Conduct onboarding and basic training for new team members; support ongoing skill improvement for existing staff. • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational checklists. • Oversee cash handling, daily sales settlement, and POS accuracy. • Support outlet opening, closing procedures, and operational readiness. • Coordinate with Operations Manager and other departments (Central Kitchen, Marketing, HR) to ensure smooth cross-outlet execution.</li>
