We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining .pbix files, connecting to a variety of data sources, and designing interactive dashboards and reports that empower data-driven decision-making across our Oil &amp; Gas projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret data trends, and present key insights that supports the project goal. 
<h4>🚀Key Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain Power BI solutions: Create .pbix files, dashboards, and interactive reports.</li>
<li>Data source integration: Connect Power BI to various databases, APIs, and other data sources.</li>
<li>Data modeling and transformation: Utilize DAX, Power Query, and other relevant tools to clean, shape, and model large datasets.</li>
<li>Reporting and insights: Transform data into intuitive visuals and compelling stories to aid quick decision-making for stakeholders at all levels.</li>
<li>Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external teams and translate them into technical solutions.</li>
<li>Performance optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize report performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.</li>
<li>Documentation and training: Maintain clear documentation of data workflows, and provide training or guidance to users on Power BI functionalities.</li>
</ul>
