It aims at over 1.5 million micro and small businesses in Malaysia that are mostly still relying on outdated technologies and software, and sometimes worse, pen &amp; paper. We are building a platform of software &amp; services to help small business owners and accountants to digitalise their business and operation. By leveraging on latest technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, we are doing the best we can to automate the manual processes for our clients.
Bukku was launched in early 2020 and is already one of the fastest growing cloud accounting solutions in the country, accumulating more than 20,000 subscribers. We are funded by private investors since December 2020 and is set to grow and penetrate the Malaysian market before going regional.

This role is ideal for someone with both accounting knowledge and strong communication skills, who enjoy helping others and can confidently present technical solutions in a clear and relatable way.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Respond to inbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat.</li>
<li>Conduct engaging Zoom product demonstrations and address customer questions</li>
<li>Understand Bukku’s features in-depth to match them with customer needs.</li>
<li>Identify customer pain points and demonstrate how Bukku addresses their challenges.</li>
<li>Keep track of customer feedback and provide insights to the product team for future improvements.</li>
<li>Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the decision-making process.</li>
<li>Occasionally support outbound campaigns to reach strategic prospects or new segments.</li>
