<p><strong>1. Full Set of Accounts</strong></p>

<li>Manage daily accounting operations and maintain general ledger.</li>
<li>Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.</li>
<li>Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.</li>
<li>Prepare financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements, intercompany balances, and control accounts.</li>
<li>Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents.</li>

<p><strong>2. Accounts Receivable (AR)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Issue and record sales invoices and credit notes.</li>
<li>Monitor receivables and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.</li>
<li>Perform customer account reconciliation and reporting.</li>
<li>Prepare AR aging reports and escalate overdue accounts as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Accounts Payable (AP)</strong></p>

<li>Verify and process supplier invoices, credit notes, and staff claims.</li>
<li>Match invoices with PO and delivery orders.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.</li>
<li>Maintain AP aging reports and resolve vendor disputes.</li>

<p><strong>4. E-Invoicing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage e-invoicing submissions via platforms like government portals.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with tax authority regulations.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot e-invoice rejections and resolve integration issues with ERP systems.</li>
<li>Keep records aligned with statutory and audit requirements.</li>
