Job Description

Opportunity to be in Digital Transformation arena for an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and data capturing Specialist to manage technology enablement and drive digital transformation roadmaps of client's businesses. The incumbent will play a supporting role in advising businesses on automation-related areas by proposing valuable automation solutions in the aim of improving businesses' performance.

• Provide pre –sales system support to sales department to ensure optimum system configuration between Canon’s products and client’s system.
• Prepare and conduct Solution Presentation, demo, and POC to customer.
• Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) and obtain customer acknowledgement before handover to Solution System Engineer for deployment.
• Supporting role in advising businesses on automation-related areas by proposing valuable automation solutions in the aim of improving businesses' performance.
• Ensure benefits of Canon products are clearly communicated and proven to customer and are successfully implemented upon conclusion of solution sales.
• Test and evaluate new products/feature to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing department to gather market information to establish the terms & conditions and service charges of new products inclusive formulation of service policies.
• Identify training syllabus and implement training for all sales staff and branch system engineers.
• Evaluation and comparison of software solutions.

A qualified Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and data capturing Specialist should possess the following:

• Candidate will be expected to be a great communicator to speak to professionals across all levels, especially one who has strong drive to excel professionally; an inspiration to guide and potential to lead in the near future.
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) / data capturing implementation projects.
• Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent.
• Have experience or knowledge in Java Scripts, Rest API will be a added advantage
• Adept in requirements gathering, business process mapping to identify potential automation opportunities.
• Candidates with cloud infra experience in would be a great plus.
• A Team player with strong analytical and communication skill.
• Independent, Customer Focus and good at presentations.
• Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
