The Role:
As our Cafe Manager, you’ll be the captain of our ship — leading a talented crew, keeping the cafe running smoothly, and making sure every guest leaves happy and full.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead our awesome team and keep the cafe fun, organized, and buzzing.
• Make sure every cup of coffee, pastry, and plate of food is served with a smile 🙂.
• Manage stock, order supplies, and ensure we never run out of the good stuff.
• Solve problems like a pro and keep customers happy.
• Track sales, monitor KPIs, and help the cafe grow.
• Organize schedules, payroll, and make work enjoyable for the team.
• Plan fun promos that make our cafe the talk of the town!

Job Requirements

• Proven experience managing a cafe, restaurant, or F&B outlet.
• Strong leadership and team management skills — you inspire people to do their best!
• Passion for coffee, pastries, and amazing food. Bonus if you can whip up a latte art 😉.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities — keeping a busy cafe running smoothly is your superpower
• Good communication and customer service skills — friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented.
• Basic understanding of sales, inventory, payroll, and KPI tracking.
• Flexible schedule — able to work weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a little bit of fun personality to match our vibe!
