Job Description

• Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms. 
• Source, identify, and build strong relationships with influencers/KOLs or vendors that align with client and brand objectives. 
• Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, content approvals, and posting schedules with influencers. 
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis and reports. 
• Manage and maintain company and client social media accounts including content planning, scheduling, and community management. 
• Develop engaging and creative social media content ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement. 
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing strategies. 
• Work closely with internal teams including creative, sales, and account servicing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. 
• Assist in preparing campaign proposals, influencer recommendations, and presentation materials. 
• Ensure all campaigns and content are delivered according to brand guidelines and marketing objectives. 
• Track social media performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. 
• Support ad-hoc marketing and branding activities assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related field. 
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing. 
• Familiar with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn. 
• Strong understanding of influencer/KOL marketing strategies and social media trends. 
• Experience in sourcing, managing, and coordinating with influencers/KOLs. 
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
• Creative mindset with strong content planning and campaign execution abilities. 
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. 
• Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools. 
• Good command of English and Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage. 
• Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and online trends.

Bonus Points

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency. 
• Familiar with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or content boosting strategies. 
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). 
• Existing network with influencers/KOLs is an advantage.
