<li>Perform full set of account</li>
<li>Manage the day to day financial and accounting operations</li>
<li>Preparation of monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports</li>
<li>Preparation of annual budgets, monitoring actual performance against budget and monitoring corrective action plans.</li>
<li>Perform variance analysis on actual results against budget.</li>
<li>Monitor cash flow independently and prepare monthly cash flow projection</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters.</li>
<li>Assist in designing and implementing improvement in controls and establishin.</li>
<li>Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.</li>
<li>Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.</li>
<li>Liaise with company internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc. whenever necessary.</li>
<li>Review and advise the Management on the potential business risk that may arise from the change in the statutory requirements cross border investment, forex risk and etc</li>
