About the role

At Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, we are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant, Logistics to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. As a temporary member of our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and coordinating the day-to-day logistics activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution
• Liaising with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Maintaining accurate records and generating relevant reports to support data-driven decision making
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of special projects and events related to logistics and distribution
• Providing support and guidance to the logistics team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduates who are interested are encouraged to apply.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office applications
• Meticulous with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong problem-solving with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to identify mistakes, and capability to meet deadlines.
