Job Description

The Admin/HR Executive’s job scope shall include:

Admin:

  • To handle petty cash related transactions.
  • To digitize documents, perform data entries and file documents.
  • To perform monthly inventory count.
  • To assist in other administrative matters.
  • To support other departments in administrative matters.

Human Resources:

  • Manage staff attendance, leaves, reimbursements, insurance and medical claims
  • Prepare and manage job ads and interviews 
  • To prepare letter of offers, confirmation letters, memos, show cause letters, etc
  • To onboard and offboard employees
  • To assist in preparing employee performance dashboards and KPI sheets
  • To assist in processing monthly salaries
  • To assist in developing channels of employment (E.g. technical schools)

Job Requirements

This job shall require the individual to have:

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner on internal work processes.
  • Detail oriented, comfortable with paperwork and attending to clients.
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative and accounting/HR work.
  • Willing to work 5.5 days a week.
  • Minimum SPM graduate.
