Admin:

<li>To perform monthly inventory count.</li>
<li>To assist in other administrative matters.</li>
<li>To support other departments in administrative matters.</li>

Human Resources:
<ul>
<li>Manage staff attendance, leaves, reimbursements, insurance and medical claims</li>
<li>Prepare and manage job ads and interviews&nbsp;</li>
<li>To prepare letter of offers, confirmation letters, memos, show cause letters, etc</li>
<li>To onboard and offboard employees</li>
<li>To assist in preparing employee performance dashboards and KPI sheets</li>
<li>To assist in processing monthly salaries</li>
<li>To assist in developing channels of employment (E.g. technical schools)</li>
</ul>
