Job Description

• Retrieve renewal letters from the shared folder.
• Insert LHDN confidential logo on each renewal letter.
• Retrieve principal agreement and stamp certificate from the filing system.
• Combine renewal letters and principal agreement into a single PDF file.
• Save the combined PDF in the filing system and shared folder.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounting Division for uploading documents to the LHDN portal.
• Access the LHDN stamp’s portal to upload renewal letters and update require field for stamping.
• Retrieve stamp’s certificate from the LHDN portal and save to shared folder and therefore filing system.
• Monitoring and reporting of LHDN stamping progress.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Able to commit to full-time internship for the specified duration.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work in a team.
• Meticulous and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong attention to detail with ability to spot errors and able to complete task within time frame given.
