<li>Retrieve renewal letters from the shared folder.</li>
<li>Insert LHDN confidential logo on each renewal letter.</li>
<li>Retrieve principal agreement and stamp certificate from the filing system.</li>
<li>Combine renewal letters and principal agreement into a single PDF file.</li>
<li>Save the combined PDF in the filing system and shared folder.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Finance and Accounting Division for uploading documents to the LHDN portal.</li>
<li>Access the LHDN stamp’s portal to upload renewal letters and update require field for stamping.</li>
<li>Retrieve stamp’s certificate from the LHDN portal and save to shared folder and therefore filing system.</li>
<li>Monitoring and reporting of LHDN stamping progress.</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.</li>
</ul>
