<ul><li>Manage and run solution deployment including planning, server prerequisite run-through, hardening clearance, pilot test, UAT, administration and user training&nbsp;</li><li>Provide after-sales service support and maintenance to internal and external customers&nbsp;</li><li>Host internal/ external meetings for solution deployment, customer requests and feedback</li><li>Responsible for project documentation for deployment planning, pilot test, UAT, training acceptance sign off, project sign off</li><li>Render technical advice and resolution to meet customers’ expectation</li><li>Troubleshoot and evaluate software functionality; ensuring prompt response to ticket escalation</li><li>Evaluate and test existing and new products / features to ensure compatibility and functionality</li><li>Create detailed-level design of software components based on subsystem requirements</li><li>Implement and test code with no or minimal supervision</li><li>Analyze and resolve bug fixes and change requests independently</li><li>Work closely with customer’s IT and internal technical teams to ensure successful project management</li><li>Continuously upkeep knowledge base documentation.</li></ul><div><br></div>
