<p>As <strong>Senior Associate, Social Media</strong>, you won’t just “post on social media”, you’ll be the creative brain, the face and the voice of our brand across platforms. You’ll plan and execute high-impact campaigns, create content that gets people talking and represent CapBay with confidence, both in front of the camera and at events.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and can turn business objectives into content that resonates with real humans.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop monthly and quarterly social media calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.</li>
<li>Translate business and marketing objectives into platform-specific content strategies.</li>
<li>Research and identify opportunities for trend jacking, collaborations and viral moments.</li>
<li>Be the on-camera talent for social videos, interviews, and live streams.</li>
<li>Script, storyboard and coordinate video shoots for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube.</li>
<li>Create social media visuals and short videos using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CapCut and Adobe Premier Pro.</li>
<li>Work closely with design and video teams for higher-production projects when needed.</li>
<li>Build and authentic voice and presence for CapBay online.</li>
<li>Engage directly with our audience through comments, DMs and interactive features.</li>
<li>Represent CapBay at events, workshops and media opportunities.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on KPIs: engagement rates, reach, follower growth and conversions.</li>
<li>Use data to refine content strategies and improve campaign performance.</li>
<li>Coordinate with PR, Events and Partnerships teams to amplify campaigns.</li>
<li>Work with product and sales teams to translate technical features into engaging social narratives.</li>
</ul>
