Job Description

Care Concierge is looking for a full-time Content Creator to document and share meaningful, respectful stories from our Clubhouse senior day care programmes. This role focuses on filming, editing, and publishing short-form content that showcases daily activities, excursions, and the personalities of our seniors—always with dignity, consent, and care.

You will be embedded in the Clubhouse environment, working closely with care teams to capture authentic moments that families and the community can connect with.

Content Creation

• Capture video and photographs of daily activities events celebrations and outings at the Clubhouse; document spontaneous moments while maintaining care routines; engage with seniors on camera respectfully and only with their consent.

Editing & Publishing

• Edit short videos (3 minutes) and photos adding captions and subtitles; publish the finalized content on designated platforms; ensure prompt delivery while maintaining sensitivity and quality.

Content Planning

• Maintain and update weekly and monthly content calendars; ensure diverse representation across various themes; collaborate on content initiatives between PJ and Kuching.

Consent & Ethics

• Follow all consent procedures meticulously; confirm the comfort level of participants before filming; cease filming if any discomfort is detected; securely handle and store all recorded content.

Community Engagement

• Create friendly family-oriented captions; oversee comments and messages; address sensitive issues appropriately and escalate them when necessary.

 Team Engagement

• Liaise daily with Clubhouse staff; coordinate filming around care schedules; support special events and themed campaigns.

Reporting and Improvements

• Track performance metrics; prepare monthly summaries; propose new content ideas aligned with senior care values.

Consistent delivery of planned content (8–10 videos per month); adherence to content calendar.

Engagement growth; diversity of resident participation; zero consent or privacy breaches; positive feedback from families.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in video content creation (filming and editing).
2. Proficient with smartphones, cameras, basic audio and lighting equipment.
3. Strong storytelling ability; empathy and patience when engaging seniors.
4. Comfortable working in a senior care or caregiving setting.
5. Calm, respectful, ethical, people-oriented.
6. Willing to travel occasionally between Petaling Jaya and Kuching.
7. This role prioritises people over content. Success is measured by respectful representation of seniors as much as by views and engagement.
