 About the Role

As an Intern supporting either the Chief Business Officer’s (CBO) Office or the Commercial Strategy & Planning team, you will assist in project execution, commercial research and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and eager to gain exposure to business operations, commercial planning, and strategy within the automotive industry.

Your Day-To-Day

Project Management & CBO Office Support

• Prepare clear and professional presentations, reports, and meeting materials for senior management and town halls.
• Support follow-up of Group Internal Audit (GIA) observations and action plans across business units.
• Maintain and update Google Sheets dashboards, using formulas and visualizations to track project progress.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and cross-department initiatives to drive operational efficiency.

Commercial Strategy & Planning

• Conduct research on automotive and market trends to support Commercial Strategy and B2C planning.
• Support preparation of commercial insights, basic performance tracking, and recommendations for strategic planning.
• Assist in gathering and consolidating commercial data to support decision-making for campaigns, pricing, and sales planning.
• Contribute to cross-functional discussions and initiatives that support commercial growth and operational alignment.

Job Requirements

 Your Know-How

• Is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, with interest in business commercial strategy.
• Able to commit for 3 to 6 months of duration (please state your duration of internship in your resume or cover letter).
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Is comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel (basic to intermediate formulas).
• Assist in simple data cleaning, dashboard updates, and administrative tasks.
• Enjoys working with data, identifying insights, and supporting business improvements.
• Is proactive, organised, and able to work in a team well.
