We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our team, which specializes in handling customer complaints for automotive used cars. This role involves data management, reporting, customer follow-ups, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have basic proficiency in Google Sheets/ Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, and customer communication (not compulsory)
No formal training sessions will be conducted, interns will receive hands-on guidance and support to help them understand the processes, tools, and best practices required for the role.
You Day-to-Day
Data Entry &amp; Management:
<ul>
<li>Extract and update customer details from the CRM system into Google Sheets.</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy and completeness by regularly checking for updates.</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Analysis:
<ul>
<li>Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports using Google Sheets (tables, summaries, and charts).</li>
<li>Utilize pivot tables and formulas to analyze case data (e.g., case volume, resolution time).</li>
</ul>
Presentation &amp; Documentation:
<ul>
<li>Create reports and presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint for internal use.</li>
<li>Ensure reports are clear, well-structured, and visually organized for management review.</li>
</ul>
Customer Support (As Needed):
<ul>
<li>Conduct follow-up calls with customers when required.</li>
<li>Maintain professional and clear communication during interactions.</li>
</ul>
General Administrative Support:
<ul>
<li>Assist in document preparation, filing, and organizing reports.</li>
<li>Perform other administrative tasks as required.</li>
</ul>
