Job Description

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow 
• Lead, train, and monitor retail assistants’ performance 
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues 
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control 
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards 
• Handle cash management, sales reports, and daily closing 
• Ensure staff attendance, scheduling, and discipline 
• Execute promotions, campaigns, and company SOPs

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business or related field 
• At least 1–2 years experience in retail (supervisory role preferred) 
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a team 
• Good communication and problem-solving skills 
• Responsible, disciplined, and results-driven 
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays 
• Passion for retail and love cats 🐱
