They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>To assist on compiling the analysis and delivery of monthly financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, variance reports, client reports in a timely and accurate manner for the respective business lines.</li><li>To assist with month-end related work for the respective business lines.</li><li>To assist with any special requests, analysis</li><li>To assist with client related financial matters, forecasts, managing billings, receivables, ad hoc queries and contract interpretation.</li><li>To assist with the RFM and the GWS finance team with annual budgeting process as well as the monthly forecasts.</li><li>To work with the GWS Finance team members on GWS reporting and analysis utilising information available on CBRE accounting system (PeopleSoft/iScala/JDE).</li><li>Supporting Operations team on any issues with financial system</li><li>Site visitation as and when required</li><li>Any other assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.</li></ul></div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Min 5 to 8 years of working experience.</li><li>Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred, knowledge of international tax is a bonus&nbsp;</li><li>Some exposure / open to finance/accounting and/or at an Analyst level preparing and analyzing management reports, forecast model and performing sensitivity analysis.</li><li>Attention to detail, organised and methodical in your approach to work, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be team and results oriented with high level of commitment</li><li>Analytical skills with ability to articulate business issues and encompass problem identification, evaluation, and resolution.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in English.
