Job Description

  • Prepare monthly report and reconciliation
  • Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income and expenditure
  • Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
  • Preparing receipts, invoices and other documentations
  • Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
  • Preparing daily sales report and cash tracker
  • Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibility that should be included in finance executive job description
  • Working closely with a team of accountants and finance clerks
  • Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues
  • To update monthly ageing report including receivables.
  • To assists superior as when required.
  • To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
  • Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
  • Handle purchase and procurement
  • Handle e-invoice transactions
  • Handle SST/VAT/Withholding Tax submission

Job Requirements

  • Min. education requirement: LCCI or diploma in account related field, ACCA preferred
  • Able communicate in Mandarin and English
  • At least 6-8 years’ experience in related field.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
