Responsibilities: To answer &amp; respond to incoming calls, emails, messages and redirect to respective personnel as required; to assist customer inquiries and provide solution to online customer; to maintain a diary management to ensure department schedule is carry on time; to order and manage departments procurement and assets; to record event related expenses and billing either internal or external; to provide administration support to team member within department; to perform data entry or data preparation for department related reports. <ul><li> Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field with 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM1.8K and above depending on the qualification and experience.</li><li>Good communication skills and customer reception.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li> Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
