Position Details

• Role: iCAUR Product Specialist / Sales Consultant
• Location: Jalan Kuching, Kuala Lumpur
• Vacancies: Multiple Openings (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce and demonstrate iCAUR's dynamic EV lineup (including the boxy, lifestyle-focused EV models) to clients.
• Guide walk-in customers through the EV ownership experience, charging setup, and smart vehicle tech.
• Facilitate test drives, process vehicle bookings, and manage bank loan submissions.
• Actively engage with local lifestyle, off-road, or automotive communities to generate leads.
• Deliver high-satisfaction customer service from initial inquiry to final handover.

Job Requirements

• Confident, photogenic, and articulate on camera with strong presence and conversational skills.
• Experience in social media content creation, livestream hosting, or retail/automotive sales.
• Keen interest in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and smart automotive technology.
• Comfortable speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added bonus).
• Valid Class D driving license.
