Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and fabrication processes to contribute effectively to projects.
Quality Standards: Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, industry standards, and regulations such as ASME, API, ISO 9001, and AWS is highly valuable.
Inspection Skills: Experience in conducting inspections, testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods is beneficial for ensuring quality outcomes.
Technical Interpretation: Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications is essential for success in this role.
Documentation: Ability to prepare and review QA/QC documentation, including Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Material Approval Submissions.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and reporting abilities to liaise effectively with clients, and internal teams.
