<li>Assist in planning lifting operations, equipment selection and load studies</li>
<li>Prepare basic lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments</li>
<li>Coordinate crane and trailer mobilization with logistics and site teams</li>
<li>Conduct site visits, technical inspections and site assessments</li>
<li>Communicate with clients, supervisors and internal departments</li>
<li>Support workshop and maintenance teams with engineering input</li>
<li>Prepare documentation including equipment logs, schedules and technical reports</li>
<li>Learn crane load charts, rigging calculations and transport route planning</li>
<li>The role includes participation in a structured one-year training and development programme designed to provide comprehensive exposure to technical, operational and administrative functions, ensuring competency, compliance and readiness for independent responsibilities.&nbsp;</li>
