Job Description
- Help facilitate the completion, handover, and acceptance phases of projects for CCC, CPC, and APAD.
- Assist in the management and closure of quality documentation, such as NCR, RFI, MS, and MSA, ensuring they are finalized promptly and thoroughly.
- Engage in or arrange technical briefings on quality, training workshops, Quality Month events, and first-article inspection/observation activities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination of quality-related issues with internal teams, project divisions, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and pertinent governmental bodies.
- Take part in regular quality inspections and site evaluations, keeping a record of quality issues and monitoring corrective actions until they are resolved.
- Help address quality concerns on site and contribute to ongoing quality enhancement efforts.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Department Manager.
Job Requirements
1. Excellent proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese, with the ability to utilize the language for professional communication and documentation. 2. Background in project QAQC and quality management. 3. Preference for candidates with knowledge of CCC final acceptance procedures or relevant involvement. 4. High level of responsibility, strong execution skills, and effective communication capabilities. 5. Willingness to collaborate on project work arrangements over an extended period.Skills
