<p>We are looking for a motivated and friendly intern to support our daily operations through administrative tasks and front-desk assistance. This internship offers hands-on experience in office administration, customer service, and front desk operations.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<h4>Office Administration</h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure office facilities are clean, organized, and functional&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and general admin tasks&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Reception / Front Desk Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Greet and welcome customers professionally&nbsp;</li>
<li>Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently&nbsp;</li>
<li>Explain treatment details, procedures, and pricing to customers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Arrange and schedule appointments accurately&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in preparing rooms and monitoring customer/patient comfort&nbsp;</li>
