<li>Responsible for the smooth running of production lines including production output, product quality and on time delivery</li>
<li>Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay</li>
<li>Coordinate and monitor the progress of production, ensuring that it stays on schedule and within budget</li>
<li>Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand</li>
<li>Manage, obtain and record both the usage of raw materials and output information (finished products, wastage) on a daily basis</li>
<li>Ensure all the raw materials and finished products meets quality and safety standards</li>
<li>Manage and motivate the workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements</li>
<li>Manage resources effectively including equipment, materials, manpower to ensure smooth production flow</li>
<li>Must always be on the lookout for problems hampering effectiveness and trigger corrective actions</li>
<li>Expected to develop new as well as cost effective ways to improve quality and productivity</li>
<li>Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement</li>
<li>Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team productivity</li>
<li>Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time</li>
