We are seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of visual content across multiple digital platforms. You will blend graphic design, video, animation, and sometimes interactive elements to create compelling stories that engage our audience and support our brand's marketing, communication, and business objectives. 

• Design & Creation: Design and develop high-quality multimedia content, including but not limited to: marketing videos, motion graphics, animated explainer videos, social media graphics, website assets, interactive presentations, and email campaign visuals.
• Conceptualization: Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts and translate ideas into effective visual stories.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content is consistent with the company's brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as the Adobe Creative Suite or interactive tools.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, video, animation, and technology to keep our content fresh and innovative.

Job Requirements

•  At least diploma or equivalent in Multimedia technology, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field
• Prefer to have minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Sales/Digital Marketing, ideally in digital marketing/software industry
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Aggressive, results oriented, willing to accept challenges & high achievers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to support ideas with data
• Good communications skills over telephone
• Mandarin Language is needed to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines
• Self-initiative and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry systems.
• Malaysian.
