Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:

<li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.</li>
<li>Take orders and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages, checking in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.</li>
<li>Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.</li>
</ul>

<li>Accurately record food and beverage orders using the restaurant’s POS system.</li>
<li>Communicate with kitchen staff and baristas/bartenders to ensure all orders are correct and timely.</li>
<li>Ensure that orders are delivered in a manner that meets the restaurant's quality standards (correct temperature, presentation, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<li>Set and clear tables in accordance with restaurant standards.</li>
<li>Ensure all table settings are clean, polished, and properly arranged for each guest.</li>
</ul>

<li>Build rapport with guests, making them feel welcome and valued throughout their visit.</li>
<li>Provide attentive service, making recommendations and answering any questions about the menu or restaurant offerings.</li>
<li>Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.</li>
</ul>

<li>Utilize knowledge of the menu to upsell additional items, such as appetizers, side dishes, or dessert.</li>
<li>Promote special events, offers, or seasonal menu items to increase sales and customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul>

<li>Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring the dining area is presentable at all times.</li>
<li>Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean environment for guests and staff.</li>
