Job Description
- Coordinate project timelines between sales and design teams once jobs are confirmed.
- Manage studio traffic flow and task scheduling to ensure designers’ workload is properly planned.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple jobs.
- Assist in client communication for selected projects, especially for feedback, revisions, and amendment follow-ups.
- Support the development of Cload Creative’s online presence across platforms.
- Support general coordination tasks related to project execution and studio workflow.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Design Management, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of working experience in project coordination, marketing, creative studio, or related roles.
- Language required: English, Mandarin, and conversational level of Bahasa Malaysia.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment with multiple ongoing projects.
- Able to handle back-and-forth coordination between internal teams and clients.
- Confidence in handling client amendments and internal task coordination.
- Basic understanding of design, social media, and creative work is required.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to keep track of multiple deadlines.
